Set your Rater ID and Role (Independent or Meta Rater).
(Meta Raters only) Upload the completed CSVs from individual raters to review.
Add Event Types you plan to annotate.
2. Navigation & Zooming
Switch to the 'Annotation' tab.
Ensure Annotate Mode is OFF.
Click and drag on the plot to draw a box and zoom in.
Double-click anywhere on the plot to reset the zoom.
Use << and >> to page through the data.
3. Annotating
Turn Annotate Mode ON (Keyboard shortcut: Press 'A').
Click exactly on the peak or point of interest on the signal.
A pop-up will ask for the Event Type and Confidence.
To edit, delete, or center on an annotation, simply click its row in the left sidebar ("My Annotations").
4. Meta Rater Workflow
The annotations of other raters will appear as dotted lines on your plot and in the "Loaded Annotations" list.
Click any row in the "Loaded Annotations" list to Center the view on it.
Click Confirm / Edit to accept that annotation as your own. It will prompt you to confirm the Event Type and Confidence, and then it is added to your official annotation list.
Your final CSV download will serve as the consensus annotation.
